9 Healthy Habits You Can Do in 1 Minute

Everybody wants to be healthy or knows they have to be healthy but nobody does it because it's a lot of work or it's too hard. 
Instead, you can make some small changes in your daily routine to be more active and healthy.

1. 10 Push-ups or Sit-ups

A Push up is a common callisthenics exercise that is beneficial for building both upper body and core strength whereas a Sit-up is an abdominal endurance training exercise to strengthen, tighten and tone the abdominal muscles. You can do either of these exercises in under 1 minute.

2. Take Your Vitamins 

The reason why vitamins are so important and popular is that all of us have these gaping holes in our diet. We are not eating everything that our body needs i.e. vitamins, minerals and antioxidants. So you can either eat healthy nutrient-rich food or you can take vitamin or multivitamin supplements.

3. Eat Dark Chocolate 

Dark Chocolates can be called a superfood because it is packed with antioxidants and Minerals. These are the nutrients that will improve your mood, Boost Your memory, improve heart health, it's good for your skin and it may even help with weight loss.

4. Apply Sunscreen

You have to protect your skin from the harmful UV rays and you can do that by applying sunscreen on your face and body. This easy step you can do every single morning and it will take you less than 10 seconds and it's also going to make you healthier because it's going to protect your skin from the damage that the sun does to your skin.

We all need energy throughout the day especially around that 2 to 3 o'clock mid-afternoon. This is when people go for coffee or energy drinks but both have side effects. You should opt for a natural energy boost and you can do that by drinking sparkling water with a lime. Both of these when mixed together, the carbonation and the aroma of lime will naturally energize you.

9. Give Yourself Time-out And Relax

Every once in a while, you need to give yourself a time-out because you need a mental break. Just go out, clear your mind and relax for about a minute or two. Worry about nothing, just relax and breathe. This is a great way to just de-stress yourself.
