Ragnar lothbrok is a legendary leader and main character in the show Vikings. He was able to rise up from being a simple farmer to a ruler and finally became a King.

1. Pursue your goals with 100% conviction so that people will believe if they follow you, they will certainly gain something because you will surely win.
2. Always use the words “You” and “We” instead of “Me”. This will make people believe you are not in it for your greed but for the benefit of everyone.
3. Never break eye contact during confrontations. This will make you look fearless and determined.
4. Look at situations from other’s eyes. This will help you understand your team better.
5. Lead from the front. If your team has to go through tough situations, make sure you’re present with them.
6. Shield others who are in need. Take some decisions that help others even if it's a bit risky for you.
