This is probably one of the most common skin issues that most men have. There are few reasons why this could be happening to you. It could be happening from you just being tired and not getting enough sleep, having a bad diet or drinking a little bit too much last night and having a bad hangover.

4. Pillowcase Acne

If you are one of the people who go to bed with clear skin and wake up with acne, you should also be looking into switching your pillowcases more often. Pillowcase gets really dirty after a time maybe because you sweat a lot overnight. Wash your pillowcase as often as possible.
